Social Media Management lets you plan and post to your social channels from one place in CRMit, rather than logging in to each network separately. Here is how to connect your accounts and get posting.
From the CRMit menu, select Social Media Management to open your social planner.
Connect the social accounts you want to post to. Once linked, you can publish to them straight from CRMit.
Write your post and add any images. Keep the message clear and add a link if you want people to take an action.
Pick which connected channels the post should go to. You can send the same post to several channels at once.
Either schedule the post for a date and time that suits your audience, or publish it straight away.
Come back to see how your posts are doing over time, so you can learn what your audience responds to.
Tip: Schedule a week of posts in one sitting. Setting them all up in one go keeps your channels active without needing daily attention.
