The store builder lets you design the till screen your staff use every day. A tidy layout with your products grouped sensibly means faster sales and shorter queues. Here is how to build yours.
From your POS settings, open the Store Builder. This is where you design how products appear on the till screen.
Create the layout for your till. Think about how your staff work through a sale and set up the screen to match.
Add buttons for the products you sell and group them into categories, such as drinks, food or accessories. Groups keep the screen tidy and make products easy to find.
Position your buttons and groups so the items you sell most are easiest to reach. Drag things into the order that works best for your counter.
Save your layout. It appears on the POS straight away, so you can open the till and check it feels right.
Tip: Put your best sellers front and centre so staff can reach them without hunting. The fewer taps a common sale takes, the faster your queue moves.
