The loyalty terminal is a simple screen for your counter that lets customers earn and redeem points as they buy. Identify the customer, add or take off points, and show them their new balance. Here is how to use it.
From the CRMit menu on the left, open Loyalty and choose Loyalty Terminal. This opens the counter view for earning and redeeming points.
Find the customer at the counter, for example by their name or details, so their points go to the right account.
Add points for what they are buying, or redeem points they have already earned against the purchase.
Confirm the points earned or redeemed so the customer's balance updates.
Show the customer their new points balance so they can see the reward building up.
Tip: Keep the terminal on your counter for quick check-ins. When it is easy to use, more customers will join in and come back.
